Winner of the Green Food Contest with her pioneering mushroom-based proposal, Eden is leading the charge in sustainable food solutions despite initial cultural challenges.

The Green Food Contest, organized by Nuffic Neso Southeast Asia and sponsored by IMCD through its “IMCD Cares” Programme, aims to cultivate young talents across Southeast Asia who are committed to revolutionizing the food industry towards sustainability.
